Rigorous study of each case, perseverance, continuous updating of environmental law and full involvement with customers are the sources on which I founded Terraqui and keep on maintaining its spirit.

Founder of Terraqui (January 1996), and he is the coordinator of his team and collaborators.
Founder of the Environmental Law Section (1992) at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), he was the Secretary until 1995 and Chairman until 2002. Secretary of the Fundación Forum Ambiental Board of Trustees since 2007. Member of several associations and organizations related to environmental management.
He conducts many courses; he is a conference speaker and author of articles on environmental legal topics since 1993.

Laia Soriano-Montagut Jené

Lawyer, graduated in Law from the University of Lleida (2000). One academic year at the University of Ferrara (1998-1999). Master’s Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from the UAB (2001) and Master’s Degree in Territorial and Urban Planning Studies, with the Diploma of Urban Planning Technique from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Pompeu Fabra University and the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (2009).

My global analytic spirit has taught me that details are the key to conflict resolution. She has more than fifteen years of professional practice in the local and regional public administration, and also in the private sector since 2012.

Laia Soriano-Montagut Jené is a specialist in administrative, territorial and urban planning law. Since 2015, Secretary of the Spanish Association of Urban Planning Technicians and its Catalan Association.

Lawyer, Law graduate from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2014), Master of Laws from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2016), Master of Environmental Law (2019) from CEDAT- University Rovira i Virgili.

I am a lawyer because I have always been certain that I have a clear vocation towards environmental law. It is my ambition that environmental law be known and applied.

She began her professional career in the private sector, practicing law on her own and collaborating with other freelance professionals. She has also collaborated with and given legal advice to different entities in the field of environmental law. She is currently an associate professor of administrative law at the Rovira i Virgili University.

Irene Mataró Villacampa

Irene Mataró Villacampa

Lawyer, Law graduate from the Pompeu Fabra University (2015), Master of Laws from the Pompeu Fabra University (2017), Master of Environmental Law (2019) from CEDAT- University Rovira i Virgili.

Environmental law allows me to be very creative and to unite two passions: providing a service to society through law practice and nature.

She began her professional career in the private sector, practising law in various law firms advising on administrative and associative law. She is currently an associate professor of administrative law at the Rovira i Virgili University.

Lidia Ríos Vera

Lawyer, Law graduate from the Rovira i Virgili University (2018), Master of Environmental Law from CEDAT-Rovira i Virgili University (2022), Master of Laws from Rovira i Virgili University (2022).

My goal is to add value to society through environmental law. Commitment and dedication are fundamental values for me in the exercise of this profession.

She began her professional career providing legal assistance in the private sector. She has also collaborated with and given legal advice to different entities in the field of environmental law.

Anna Mulà

Anna Mulà Arribas

Lawyer, Law graduate from the Abat Oliba University (1995), Postgraduate in Business Environmental Management from the Pompeu Fabra University (1996), master’s degree in CITES, management and conservation of species in trade, from the International University of Andalusia (2014) and teacher of this Master.

She began her professional career in the discipline of Environmental Law in the private sector (Estudi Jurídic Ambiental), she continued in the public sector, joining for 11 years as head of the Singular Advisory Unit of the Catalan Water Agency, to later collaborate as a legal advisor in an NGO. He has intervened in various Legislative Assemblies of different countries as advisor and appearing party and in meetings of international conventions (CITES and CDB). She is the author of numerous articles, an external reviewer of IPBES reports and a member of the JAL & IAWS Journal Expert Committee (IUSTEL).

Anna Prieto Sirvent

Administration. Three years of Psychology degree. Training as a Senior Technician in Foreign Trade (Institute for Training and Employment), Basic and Financial Accounting (Centre for International Studies) and training in computer security and remote management.

Attending with autonomy to facilitate the work to the team of Terraqui, its clients and collaborators, as well as to generate confidence is what gives sense to my professional practice.

She has over 20 years of experience in the field of legal administrative assistance.
