The data provided by data subjects will be used for the legitimate purposes established by TERRAQUI, specifically:

4. RECIPIENTS AND DATA DISCLOSURE

Data will not be transferred to third parties.

Where appropriate, data may only be disclosed to public administrations and in cases required by applicable laws.

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data used to manage the client relationship, invoicing, collections, etc., will be retained for as long as the contract is in force. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and until any potential contractual liabilities expire.

Data used for commercial communications, commercial profiling, and service offerings will be retained indefinitely unless the data subject requests erasure.

6. SECURITY MEASURES

TERRAQUI has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

TERRAQUI guarantees the following rights to data subjects:

  • Access and rectification: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and to access said data, as well as to request rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: to request the erasure of their data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Restriction of processing: data subjects may request restriction of processing or data portability; in such cases, the data will only be retained for the exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • Objection: data subjects may object to the processing of their data in certain situations as provided in the GDPR.
